The carbon audit included determining their carbon footprint that included all business travel and the site survey identified energy savings and renewable energy opportunities for their London offices. They are now looking at PAS 2060 carbon neutral status.
The renewable energy assessment identified the potential for a 12kW solar panel installation on the roof. The measure would reduce grid electricity consumption by 50% buffering against rising energy costs and cutting carbon emissions and pay back in less than 10years.
